R-Cubed Composite had 26 Racers make the trip down to long island for the first race of the 2021 season.
The course consisted of mostly dirt with lots of tight turns and a couple punchy climbs. Due to COVID restrictions, to reduce the number of racers on the course and crowd size, the races were spread across 2 days, with middle school racing Saturday afternoon and High School racing Sunday.
It was a great weekend with several first time racers, personal bests and lots of fun.
The team had 11 athletes finish on the podium and R-Cubed Composite finished in 4th place out of 22 teams for the weekend.
Great start to the season!
